Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI)

What is TLI?

Toastmasters Leadership Institute is district training offered twice per year, summer and winter. The main purpose of TLI is to train Toastmasters officers, educate, and inspire.  Our carefully selected facilitators are knowledgeable and helpful.

Everyone from members, club officers, area and division directors are encouraged to attend.

Toastmasters International recommends at least four Club Officers attend this Officer Training every six months and offers one Distinguished Club Program (DCP) point toward a club earning Distinguished status or better each Toastmaster year. District 11 encourages our clubs to have all seven officers trained.
