Contest Personnel Needed:
9 to 12 people for the following roles:
Contest Master (1)
Acts as Toastmaster of the speech contest, announces winners in reverse order (3-2-1)
Chief Judge (1)
Oversees the voting, ballot counting, and timing of speeches. Texts results to contest Chair.
Judges (3-6)
Evaluate and rank speakers for the contest using the form provided, takes picture and texts to the ballot counters
Ballot Counters (2)
Records the judges votes as received via text, then texts summary of votes to Chief Judge.
Timers (2)
Times with stopwatch for official time of speech and displays timer background at 5,6,7 minutes. Text Chief Judge for qualifications.
